Our Company
Groppo SpA is a family business, trader and exporter company of Chilean raisins and prunes since 2015. We work every day to offer our customers excellent quality products, through our knowledge of the field, and the relationships we maintain with our suppliers, with whom we work as a team to get the product that our customers require.
To do so, we take care from which crops the grapes and prunes are coming from. Weather conditions, soil, water and agricultural management, are key issues at the moment of growing and producing a good fruit that will become our final product.
This is why our raisins are mainly from the north of Chile, from the Atacama Desert; it is a privileged place to grow and dry grapes. On prunes, looking for the best growing condition, we get our product at the Maipo Valley, at the south of Santiago.
We participate in all stages of the production and export process, from getting the fresh fruit from the fields, processing it, and finally shipping high quality raisins and Ashlock pitted prunes to our customers. We are able to do so, working with the best partners in the different stages.
VITA & GROPPO are our brands, and represent the characteristics of our raisins and prunes, 100% natural, healthy and nutritious, with the natural flavour of the extreme of the world.
Our task is to build a trust-full and a long-term relationship with our clients. So far, we keep working with our initial customers.

Our Team
Renzo Antognoli O.
Renzo is in charge of market development and operations in the Company, developing alliances with farmers, and long-term relationships with our customers. Renzo is a commercial engineer and MBA from ESADE (Barcelona) and has extensive experience in the development and management of businesses in different industries and countries. He loves the countryside and he is passionate to the agricultural businesses.
Guadalupe Gutiérrez Mc.
Guadalupe manages our exports and cares about the logistics of each shipment, offering an absolutely personalized service to our customers. She has a degree in Economics, an MBA from ESADE (Barcelona) and she is Coach. She has extensive experience in the management of business units, in commercial areas (exports), marketing and business development, in different industries and in different countries.
José Luis Palacios I.
Master degree as Accountant & Auditor from Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. He has successful experience as CFO of large corporations, mainly related to ports, shipping and energy industries.
